Your role

The inspection team you will join will carry out move-out inspections and cleaning inspections. It may also involve types of inspections and quality controls that are performed less frequently, such as garages, shelters, and similar.

As an inspector, you will manage the entire inspection process; from booking visits to subsequent invoicing, when applicable. The work therefore involves a lot of customer contacts. You will primarily work out in our properties and in close collaboration with our areas in management.

Your qualifications

• Completed high school education.
• Driver's license B.
• Knowledge of and experience in property management, conducting inspections, and having customer contacts is an advantage.

Employment form

Summer job. Full-time. Starting according to agreement. Selection is ongoing. A criminal record check may be requested.
